Coppers Meadow

David from Saga Construction, approached us with a unique challenge: to market and sell what will be one of the most eco-friendly developments in the UK, and a rebrand from Saga Construction. He needed a marketing strategy that would highlight the project’s distinctiveness and engage buyers from the earliest stage. We designed a full end-to-end plan to guide the project from its initial concept right through to a successful sale and handover.

Coppers Meadow, just outside Melton Mowbray, provided the perfect canvas. The 14 eco homes blend sustainability with luxury, combining refined architecture, high-spec finishes, and a calm, contemporary feel. Our strategy showcased these unique features to attract discerning buyers seeking modern rural living.

Our proposal

  • In this phase, we proposed building the full brand and marketing foundation required for the development. This included creating the development’s identity, rebranding Saga Construction into Green Dragon Homes, establishing site branding, and planning the entire campaign structure. We also outlined the strategic timeline, content trigger points, and the infrastructure for social, email and the dedicated landing page with an optimised sales funnel.

  • We proposed capturing content throughout the build at pre-planned trigger points, producing a three-part documentary series, and launching early teaser activity on major property portals. This phase also included starting brochure development and initial merchandise design

  • What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process, it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.

  • In the final phase, we proposed delivering a full launch event with a full dedicated team, catering, guided viewings and branded merchandise. We also outlined a post-launch email and social media campaign to maintain momentum, alongside working with a dedicated partner agent to support viewings, negotiations and sales progression through to completion.
