Project Overview

Azure Place is a standout example of how The Hortons Studio blends strategic branding, creative direction, and sales-driven marketing to bring a development from concept to completion. This boutique collection of five bespoke homes in Burbage, Hinckley, speaks to our deep experience working with developer partners to unlock value and create standout property experiences.

The Challenge

Kingfisher Homes approached us part-way through their project with Azure Place, a premium development of high-end residences that deserved a brand and sales strategy to match. With limited awareness in the local market and a need to communicate both quality and lifestyle appeal, the brief was clear:

• Create a compelling brand identity that reflects the craftsmanship and setting

• Generate early interest and demand prior to launch

• Support sales activity with creative materials that convert enquiries into offers
