Adam Horton

Co-Founder

Adam Horton, Co-Founder, is best known as the founder of Hortons, one of the UK's first and most successful estate agency brokerages. Under his leadership, Hortons has become recognised for its innovative marketing, distinctive brand, and pioneering approach to digital content, setting new standards in how estate agency businesses engage with clients and audiences.

Now, through The Hortons Studio, Adam works alongside Founder and Managing Director Daniel Cassidy to bring that same forward-thinking creativity to the marketing of new build homes. His deep understanding of storytelling, brand positioning, and consumer behaviour enables developers to build excitement around their projects, connect with buyers, and achieve faster sales through strategic, high-impact campaigns.

Lucy has worked within both estate agency and new build development before specialising in operations. She is the vital link between the creative and marketing teams, combining her understanding of marketing with first-hand sales experience to ensure every project runs seamlessly. Lucy works closely with developers to coordinate each stage of a development, ensuring that strategy, communication, and execution align perfectly to deliver results.
